Mep Trans - a proffesional in transport business
	MeP Trans- as a company was established in 1990 by an Italian freight forwarding company Fratelli Meoni, a state enterprise the Port of Tallinn and a transport and construction cooperative "Parsek" with the aim to fill the gap in the undeveloped market of transport services in Estonia by offering high-class, safe and reliable transport services. The combination of the names of the founders gave the name to the company. Up to year 2000 the name of the company was "Meoni-Parsek". Since October 2000 the company is bearing it's name i.e. MeP Trans
	At present MeP Trans is one of the leading transport and freight forwarding enterprises in Estonia. Through the network of its agents and representatives MeP Trans arranges and coordinates "door-to-door" carriage of goods by means of motor transport mainly to and from West European countries, Scandinavia, the Baltic States, the Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and other CIS countries.
	All carriages are performed within the framework of CMR-, TIR- and ADR Conventions and in accordance with the General Conditions of EEA and FIATA. Using the CEMT-License makes it easy, without any hindrance, to perform carriages between the third countries in West Europe, the Baltic States and Russia.
	MeP Trans was among the first transport enterprises in Estonia that were given Licenses to perform international carriage of goods by means of motor transport. Professional training of personnel and accumulated experience, acquired in MeP Trans served the grounds for establishing over a 100 of independent transport and freight forwarding companies in Estonia.
	Positive results in business plus highly skillful personnel, with the punctual, correct and attentive attitude with which the services are provided to the customers of MeP Trans, have been awarded several national and international rewards:
	in 1996 Meoni-Parsek Ltd. won its recognition by being awarded an international prize "GRAND PRIX - Tradition  and Prestige" in Madrid
	in 1997 MeP Trans was recognized as one of the "TOP 30" transport enterprises in Estonia
	For high quality of services and keeping the image of the company and its trade mark on a high level in 1998 Meoni-Parsek got its international reward in Switzerland - "International Prize for the Best Trade Mark"
